Chemical Products and Processes
1.Foam Drainage Gas Recovery Process:
Brief Process: A certain amount of foaming agent is injected into the well. When the accumulated water at the bottom of the well comes into contact with the foaming agent, agitation from the natural gas flow generates a large amount of low-density water-containing foam. This foam is carried by the gas flow from the bottom of the well to the surface, removing accumulated liquid and increasing production. Additionally, after the gas carrying the foam rises to the surface, a defoamer is injected into the pipeline to eliminate the foam.
Process Characteristics: Simple equipment, easy implementation, rapid results, low cost, and no interference with normal gas well production.
Our company offers foaming agents suitable for various types of gas wells, including conventional gas wells, complex gas wells, ultra-low-pressure and low-productivity wells, as well as high-temperature deep gas wells.
2. Bactericidal Corrosion Inhibitor:
This product effectively inhibits the proliferation of microorganisms such as sulfate-reducing bacteria, saprophytic bacteria, and iron bacteria. It significantly reduces the risk of micro-biologically influenced corrosion in pipelines, ensuring the long-term safety and stability of shale gas production processes and gas transmission pipelines.
3. Drilling Mud Materials:
We are committed to providing a complete range of high-performance drilling fluid materials and integrated solutions for oil and gas exploration and development. We assist clients in addressing drilling challenges under complex geological conditions, enabling safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible hydrocarbon resource development.
4. Drilling Fluid Cooling Materials:
Cooling materials are a type of phase-change thermal storage material that absorbs or releases a significant amount of heat during a phase transition at a specific temperature. Before and after the phase change is complete, the material’s own temperature remains largely constant while it can absorb or release substantial heat—up to 100 times more than in its non-phase-change state. These cooling agents can be used in oil-based drilling fluids. Adding them to drilling fluids with low specific heat capacity, such as oil-based mud, yields optimal cooling results.
5. Defoaming Process:
Defoaming Principle: Adding a measured amount of defoamer before the gas-liquid separator in the process flow effectively eliminates foam and suppresses its regeneration for a certain period.
(1)XXP-1 Defoamer: A dimethyl silicone oil emulsion defoamer with good water dispersibility, emphasizing long-lasting foam suppression.
(2)XXP-2 Defoamer: A polyether-modified silicone oil emulsion defoamer with good water dispersibility, emphasizing rapid foam elimination.
(3)XXP-4 Silicone-Free Defoamer: A polyether-mineral oil defoamer with superior foam elimination performance compared to conventional silicone defoamers in oily water systems.
(4)XXP-5 Solid Defoamer: A polyether-modified silicone oil solidified defoamer suitable for use in solid injection devices, with adjustable dissolution time as needed.
6. Water Block and Plugging Removal Process:
(1)Water Block Remover XH210: Primarily used for the removal and prevention of water block during oil reservoir production. It also demonstrates excellent application results in gas field operations for water block removal and production enhancement. Characterized by low surface tension, low interfacial tension, effective wettability alteration, and strong temperature resistance, it can effectively reduce the surface tension of aqueous phases in most downhole environments. This action mitigates capillary effects, decreases flow resistance in two-phase or multiphase reservoir fluids, enhances reservoir permeability, and consequently increases production.
(2)Composite Plugging & Water Block Remover XH210A: This agent functions by dissolving scales, reducing viscosity, lowering surface tension, and altering wettability. It is applicable for addressing various downhole water block scenarios in gas wells and represents a comprehensively high-performance chemical solution for downhole plugging and water block removal.
(3)Plugging Remover XJ-2E: Used to remove near-wellbore formation damage caused by scale deposition and other factors. The operation process is simple and easy to implement. The formulated active system can effectively remove blockages caused by emulsions, drilling mud, clay minerals, and inorganic scales, demonstrating excellent plugging removal efficiency.
7. Desulfurization Process:
Our company primarily offers three types of desulfurization processes: process flow desulfurization, chelated iron desulfurization, and dry desulfurization.
